Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that guests give us a minimum of 48 hours notification in case of cancellation. We require card details via OpenTable and pre-order for reservations of over ten people to secure your table with us. A charge of £10 per person will be made if the cancellation terms are not met or in case of no-show. If you have any queries regarding our terms and conditions do not hesitate to contact the restaurant. For Events please refer to your direct agreement with us for cancellation policies.
Please consult our terms before reserving and your confirmation from OpenTable closely for full details on table turn times, day-specific/special days T&Cs and more specific information about reservations or cancellations.
£10 Takeaway Pizza Deal Terms and Conditions (ongoing)
Deal Timing: The £10 takeaway pizza is available starting 10th March 2025. The £10 takeaway pizza deal is only valid during our designated oven opening hours. These hours may vary, please consult with us for specific times.
Collection: This special offer is exclusively for collection orders. When placing your order, you will need to arrange to pick up your pizza from the site.
On-Site Consumption: Pizzas purchased with this deal are not for consumption on premises.
Excluded Pizzas: The £10 deal excludes any ‘Make Your Own’ pizzas. The offer only applies to our menu of pre-set pizzas, without alterations or substitutions. Added toppings are subject to extra charges.
Availability During Peak Times: Please be aware that during busy times, the £10 pizza deal may be paused due to high demand. We will do our best to inform customers when this is the case.
Menu Items: This offer solely applies to pizzas and does not extend to other menu items such as sides, beverages, or desserts.
By opting to purchase a pizza under this offer, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Changes to these terms and conditions are at the discretion of The Manor and can be implemented without prior notice. Please ensure to inquire about any updates at the time of your order.
Kids Eat for Free – Terms & Conditions
Kids Eat for Free every Thursday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- The offer is available every Thursday between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for dine-in only.
- One kids’ meal from the Kids Menu is free with the purchase of one adult main course from the à la carte menu.
- Pizza is excluded from the qualifying adult main course.
- The offer is available for dine-in only.
- One free kids’ meal is available per qualifying adult main course purchased.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.
- The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative item.
- The offer is subject to availability.
- Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

Christmas Day 2026 – Terms and conditions
- All Christmas Day bookings must be made via OpenTable and require valid card details to be held securely on file.
- If you prefer to book in person, you are very welcome to visit us, where our team can add the reservation for you in OpenTable and take the required deposit (£10pp) cash or card or card details at the same time.
- Set Menu pre-orders must be completed by 10th December 2026. Any reservation without a completed pre-order by this date will be cancelled, and the applicable cancellation fee will be charged.
- A valid card must remain on file for every reservation throughout the booking process.
- Cancellations made after 1st December 2026 will incur a £10 per person cancellation charge, which will be charged to the card held on file.
- No pets are permitted indoors on Christmas Day.
- Indoor seating: Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific table or seating area. Your party may be allocated any suitable indoor seating depending on party size, layout and availability on the day.
- Table timings: Christmas Day tables are booked for two hours, with seating times available at 11:45, 14:00 and 16:15. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation, but not earlier, as we have no waiting space available. Please also note that arrivals more than 5 minutes late may not be accommodated.
- By making a Christmas Day reservation, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Christmas Day 2026 – early bookings
Christmas Day bookings secured and confirmed before the 30th of September 2026 enjoy a complimentary bottle of house white or red wine. Cannot be exchanged for monetary value. Minimum party size to qualify for the offer is 6 adults.
