Christmas '24 Terms & Conditions

Festive Menu: *available with pre-booking only *parties over 10 will require a pre-order *card details/deposits will be requested for confirming reservations

Christmas Day Seating: 11am, 2pm and 5pm only. Table turns 2 hrs and 15 min. We are able to hold your table for a maximum of ten minutes –  a reservation will be considered a no-show if more than ten minutes late.

Book your private event before November 31st with no hire fee T&C and conditions: Valid with a minimum £25pp catering package. Will only apply for exclusive entire area hire spaces.

Complimentary Cocktail Tree T&C and conditions: Only for reservations from Festive Menu. Must be redeemed on the day of visit. Cannot be exchanged for cash or other drinks. Applies to selected Martini cocktails, all twelve cocktails must be the same, consult the wait staff on the day for full selection.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that guests give us a minimum of 48 hours notification in case of cancellation. We require card details for reservations of over ten people to secure your table with us. A charge of £5 per person will be made if the cancellation terms are not met or in case of no-show. If you have any queries regarding our terms and conditions do not hesitate to contact the restaurant. For Events or Festive & Special Days: please refer to your agreement or our website for cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policy for the 24th-26th Dec Christmas period: please note we do not allow pets of any size anywhere indoors. To avoid disappointment, ensure you have reserved your table in the desired area. We kindly request that guests give us a minimum of 20 (twenty) days notification in case of cancellation. We require card details/deposits for all reservations. A charge of £10 per person will be made if the cancellation terms are not met or £20 in case of no-shows.
